   ·   Open PB/28-29, read the passage aloud but S complete reading the sentences.

   ·   Turn PB/30/31, the Word Study.

   ·   S read the words , the definitions, the examples and do the tasks.

   ·   Open WB/22, look at the Word Study exercise, introduce:

   ·   Þ button: use a real one.

   ·   Þ sew: to put pieces of clothes together.

   ·   Þ feed: from the (n) food.

   ·   Þ monthly: the (adv.) and (adj) from month.

   ·   S do some of the exercise in the class but the rest will be done at home.

   ·   Turn WB/21, look at the Ö & û exercise. read aloud the ins.

   ·   S read aloud the statements, divide the class into pairs, (5m) to find the answers and their lines .

   ·   S shout out the answers after (5m) and they should correct their answers if they are wrong.
