   ·   Show S the cards of the previous lesson, S spell, read and define words.

   ·   I'll read the passage and S complete reading. S should underline the new words.

   ·   Open PB/23, S read the words, their definitions, the examples and do the tasks after the (*).

   ·   The new words are: ant, bee, en-, endanger, equator, fertilizer, Guatemala, insect, machine-gun, pistol, planet, re-, re-introduce, rifle,, threaten, tiger, tropical, tropics, visible, whale.

   ·   Open PB/24, read aloud the ins's. S read aloud the statements, divide the class into pairs and ask them work for 5m.

   ·   After 5m, S read aloud the answers they have written, others say whether they are Ö or û and correct where necessary.

   ·   Turn ex/B, look for the Word Study ex.
