   ·   Say:

         Last year , you had 4 English classes a week, and this year you also have 4 classes a week. Last year , you had 3 English books: a PB, WB and a RB. This year, you also have a PB, WB but instead of a reader, you will have a writing book. This is because you will do more writing this year . You will still practise listening, speaking and reading, but you will spend more time on writing.

   ·   Draw two stick men on the board as:

   ·    

                                     a Saudi              a European

   ·   Play the cassette.

   ·   Draw some clouds when the European says "those black clouds"

   ·   Play it again, S repeat all the sentences. (2 times)

   ·   I'll say the Saudi's part of the con and elicit the European's part from the S.

   ·   S practise the whole con 2 or 3 times.

   ·   Introduce cloud: use drawing

                     sky: space above the earth with the sun , moon and stars.

   ·   Open PB/at the Arabic introduction, S read it at home.

   ·   Turn PB/1, Sread aloud the Q's and try to answer them. S close PB

   ·   Hang the poster

   ·   Introduce:

  Þ  cycle: means circle - going round in a circle and back to the starting point.

  Þ  heat: the ( n ) from the ( v ) heat:  make something hot.

  Þ  evaporation: if the water heated and it rises into the air, this called evaporation.

   ·   Open PB/1, S read the Q's there and answer them.

   ·   Show S the cards of the new words, S spill and read them
