·       Open RB/P38, ask: What can you see? a farm, farm machinery, wheat growing in a field....etc.

·       Read aloud the introduction to part A. Look at Q1, S answer, do the same with the other Q’s. The answers are:

  1.  begins on P/45 and ends on P/47. It has 127 lines.

  2.  growing food in Saudi Arabia.

  3.  Say: import = come into. food comes into..changes in the import of food and in food production in S.A.

·       Turn P39, ex. B., read the ins’s and exp... the words are : 1. advice 2. continue 3. in land 4. up to (today’s) date 5. agent 6. great 7. fridge 8. season 9. various

 

 

 

·       Turn P/40, read the ins’s. look at the 1st Q, explain how the 1st Q can be done using the context on the left. Say you have 2m to do the 5 Q’s on P/40, walk around and help them. S read the sentences and the answers aloud.

·       S work for 2m on the 7Q’s P/41, the S read aloud their answers.

·       S work for 2m on the 7Q’s P/42 the they read aloud the answers.

 

 

 

·       Turn P/44, read aloud the title and the ins’s, S read the 4 steps there,

·       Go through the 5 Q’s, S should understand what the Q’s mean, remind S that they should try to understand the meanings of the new words without the dic the 1st time and ..........
