   ·   Open WB/p 6-7, walk around ,S complete sentences, others correct where necessary.

   ·   S give answers to the true/false exercise.

 

 

   ·   Say: In lesson 1, the reporter said to the instructor, Why don’t you explain those? Show S a card. S repeat it.

   ·   Say:  The reporter made a suggestion. He gave the instructor an idea. Read the idea again to introduce the word: suggestion, comes from the (v) suggest which mean: to say what you think someone should do. S repeat it.

   ·   Show S another suggestion: Why don’t you explain scalds? Ask: What did the instructor say? O.K., Say if you like a suggestion, you can say: "That is a good idea". Show S its card, S repeat the suggestion and its answer on the last 2 cards.

   ·   Say: If you want to say 'no' to a suggestion, you can say 'I'm afraid I can't'. S read it's card. S read the last 3 cards.

   ·   Show S two cards to be used by S in order to make suggestions and their alternative replies. Those cards are: explain electrocution and explain suffocation.

   ·   Open PB/ P15, Box 1. S make 4 suggestions with their replies.

   ·   E.g.: Why don't take your medicine? I'm afraid I can’t. Ask: Why can't you take your medicine? Say look at the bottom of Box 1, S read the 3 applies there, Ask Why again, to elicit I'm afraid I can't . I left it at home.

   ·   S make the 4 suggestions with their suitable replies.

 

 

 

   ·   Look at Box 2. Ask S to read sentences from the substitution table in part A.

   ·   Repeat the same for B.

   ·   S make sentences using the prompts in part C.

 

 

 

 

   ·   Show S some cards which explain how can we add the  ING to the verb.

   ·   Open WB/P 8, read the ins, S answer.
